From approximately 6:14 AM CT to approximately 8:28 AM CT on April 13, 2025, Hamilton Web CapTel and Hamilton Mobile CapTel users experienced a technical issue which prevented incoming and outgoing calls. This interruption did not affect Hamilton CapTel phones or Hamilton CapTel for Business users. Service has been restored to the affected users and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

2024

November 27, 2024

From approximately 2:34 PM CT to approximately 6:50 PM CT on November 25, 2024, Hamilton Web CapTel and Mobile CapTel users experienced a technical issue which prevented incoming and outgoing calls. This interruption did not affect Hamilton’s CapTel phones or Hamilton’s CapTel for Business users. Service has been restored to the affected user and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

November 20, 2024

From approximately 3:38 PM CT to approximately 5:03 PM CT on November 18, 2024, Hamilton Web CapTel, Mobile CapTel, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) IP CapTel phone users experienced a technical issue which prevented incoming and outgoing calls. This interruption did not affect Hamilton’s non-VoIP CapTel phone or Hamilton’s CapTel for Business interconnected by Tenacity users. Service has been restored to the affected users and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

January 31, 2024

From approximately 5:00 AM CT to approximately 3:10 PM CT on January 30, 2024, certain Hamilton Web CapTel, Hamilton Mobile CapTel, Hamilton CapTel internet-only phones, and Hamilton CapTel for Business, interconnected by Tenacity users experienced a technical issue which prevented incoming and outgoing calls to and from affected users. This interruption did not affect all users of these products, nor did it affect any Hamilton Hybrid CapTel phone users. Service has been restored to the affected users and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

2023

May 23, 2023

From approximately 10:24 AM CST to 12:03 PM CST on May 1, 2023, Hamilton Mobile CapTel, Hamilton Web CapTel, and Hamilton VoIP IP CTS phones experienced a technical issue which prevented incoming calls from reaching affected devices. This partial interruption did not impact users of Hamilton CapTel non-VoIP phones, Hamilton CapTel PSTN phones, or Hamilton CapTel for Business, interconnected by Tenacity. All users were able to place outbound calls, including 911, at all times. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

2022

July 15, 2022

From approximately 3:22 pm CT to 4:24 pm CT on July 13, 2022, Hamilton Mobile CapTel and Hamilton Web CapTel experienced technical issues which affected certain outbound calls. This partial interruption did not impact users of Hamilton CapTel for Business or Hamilton’s CapTel phones. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
